Marriage of Gender Common Couples

Canon 10.4 of the Code of Canon Law states that the Evangelical Catholic Church shall include the witnessing and celebration of the marriages of persons of the same gender, and declares that these marriages to be valid and equal sacraments of Matrimony in the Evangelical Catholic Church as any other marriage celebrated by this community of faith.

El canon 10.4 del Código de Derecho Canónico establece que la Iglesia Católica Evangélica incluirá la testificación y celebración de los matrimonios de personas del mismo género, y declara que estos matrimonios son sacramentos válidos e iguales al matrimonio en la Iglesia Católica Evangélica como cualquier otro matrimonio celebrado por esta comunidad de fe.
